Together with head coach Dan Hollingsworth of Kitsap CrossFit, the 4 Week Fuel Your Vibe Challenge kicks off on May 21 and includes:
- Before & After InBody scan
- Nutrition Workbook
- Meal Plans with shopping lists
- Constant communication with your coach and challenger Vibists via the Healthy Steps Nutrition app
- Weekly Lunch + Burn sessions at Vibe and/or Centennial Park
